BSNL soon to Offer 4Mbps Minimmum Download Speed
Government owned telecom company BSNL is all set to become the tough competitor for all other network operators. The company is planning to offer base speed of 4Mbps speed to all of its broadband customers. Currently airtel is the largest broadband operater in India, and BSNL is second next. The introduction of Jio`s broadband services will make the competition even tougher.
According to reports from Keralatelecomminfo. BSNL is in discussion about raising the base speeds of its broadband plans from 2Mbps to 4Mbps. It is heard that BSNL will soon implement the change, this is a really good move from BSNL and is beneficial to customers. BSNL has ADSL, VDSL and FTTH Broadband connections.
BSNL`s Broadband plan BB249 is a hit, the plan offers Unlimited data per day with 2 Mbps speed upto 1GB and post 1GB the speeds are limited to 1Mbps. The idea to raise the broadband speed to 4Mbps will really be a game changer. The BB249 plan is currently the best plan and if the speeds to are increased then it is the best choice for all.
